Third most recent country in the World, Montenegro is still relatively unknown from the tourists who usually can’t place it on a map. The country is small but full of contrasts with its history, landscapes and atmosphere. We only had 5 days there but it felt like 2 weeks thanks to the variety of landscapes and its rich history. All of this in such a small country so we didn’t have to drive too much. Montenegro is still quite preserved from tourism (well maybe except in August when all Europe is on leave...) but probably won’t stay as authentic when we see its busy neighbour Croatia.
A perfect getaway from the major European capital, a must-do which actually made me wanted to discover more about my dear Europe! See you in 2018 for our European Summer tour :)
